Compound Grind - S7 - 3-2-15 Update

That's what I meant was round the edges...didn't word that the best. I was thinking of getting one of the HF but didn't know if they were worth it.

Cool... sometimes I give out a lot of info just to help anyone out that may be reading... lol. I tend to get carried away. :D

The HF has been great for putting on a stonewashed finish, be sure to get ceramic media. Mine is the small one and will do a knife up to 6".

For this big in S7 one I busted out "The Shaker" which is a 2' x 3" capped PVC pipe filled with media. I just shake it/roll and it works really well with the right shaking action. I play along with Buena Vista Social Club for light stonewash and Pantera for this latest one with deep acid etch! :p

Guys... you better check out Justin's work! He is a maker to watch.

That acidwash!

It looks 1000 times better in person... needs video to show the effect. I just cleaned up the epoxy from glue-up and this will cure for a while.
