I have a couple of pushies that Ill carry sometimes and I attach them to my belt with a piece of paracord like this, but can be carried either way:

Conceal carried my Natchez bowie to work on some days. No one even notices. I used the James William concealment method. Works great for a large fix blade.

Are you talking about the use of a thin strap over the shoulder and threaded through the sheath, with the knife carried under the arm? I can see that with the lighter, thinner Hisshou, but I'm surprised that would it be comfortable with the size and weight of the Natchez.

Here are some more interesting demonstrations and creative methods of concealed carry of Cold Steel.

Steve, do you make those sheathes?

No, I'm sorry to say that I don't. I've just run across these photos in Internet searches I've done for various threads and I thought they were worth sharing. Usually, they show up as pictures from Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, etc., without attribution or a link to the maker. So, unfortunately, I can't even point you in the right direction.

If you're looking for Kydex, a couple of great craftsmen have already been mentioned in this thread. They'll both do folder sheaths, as well as fixed-blade. I've purchased from them both and can vouch for the quality of their work. I can't help with the leather, as I'm not a leather sheath guy.

Sorry to tantalize you without recourse! If anybody recognizes some of the work depicted herein, please chime in.

Some new models and methods of concealed carry. The photos with the red backgrounds are from Extreme Edge Custom Kydex. He's got some nice looking designs; I don't know anything about his work.

That last photo depicts a stocking sheath for the Culloden offered by Cold Steel years ago. It must have been offered for a very limited time, as I had forgotten about it entirely.

Just wear a longer jacket. If people around here knew how often I pack an XL folder I would likely be knee deep in lawn sausage.

Or those breath taking fixed blades on the hip:)

Probably not breath taking to many, but there sure is the variation of a hobbyist. :) If you mean spooking folks that see a stranger with a knife, yes, I try hard not to frighten people and that is the main point of not flashing steel. I fully understand why a young mother walking by with a couple of children would see some potential danger. Hell, I feel wary myself if I see some punk kid with a knife......
Buddy, when I was in the north, I felt at ease. And right or wrong, a decent sized FB on hip made me feel a little better walking around Yogi and Boo Boo country. Or getting lost in the Boreal, which I came very close to once in a secluded area of dense bush. Down south here it is a different game. It's more people than trees down here. I wish harm on no one, but I like to play with my toys. I am the guy out in the middle of nowhere at 3 am metal detecting a farm field in the cold night wind with a light on my forehead. Sometimes I whistle to the coyotes to stir them up and listen to the insane cackles, howls and yodels that have so much variation. If people only knew how much time outdoors we spend with a detector, day or night, and often in secluded spots................ Once in broad day light out in the country a van load of drunken natives pulled up close to me as I was detecting a long gone one room school house site. They were standing on the road urinating and apparently had nary a care in the world. Then they focused on me, and as I tried to ignore them, it started going down hill. I got out of the situation, but it was a really bad feeling being alone and isolated like that, a very vulnerable feeling. I often bring along any tools that make me feel less vulnerable around two and four legged predators, or the environment. There is nobody out there to help you sometimes and I like to go home to the wife, and a hot meal/shower.

I have to agree with everything you say, and I have more than once been far out in the Boreal and the only company I had was black bear looking at me as a menu item. Packing a good blade does help. I like good looking fixed blades, and they can sometimes take one's breath away. I carry regularly, one time I went to try on a shirt and forgot about the fixed blade on my belt. A nearby customer gasped, but she smiled once I made eye contact. Being an old gray beard helped to settle any fear immediately.

Anybody have any ideas on how to conceal CS Heavy Machete in its sheath? A 45 degree down position seems good IMO.

Ya. There are advantages to having those grey hairs. Most times just a walk out at the lake is all this old dog needs to realign the spirit.
:)
Hell I bought a Buck 119 months ago during a Walmart wander. I last had one about 10 years ago and gave it to a woman teacher on a fly in Dene reserve at the north end of Lake Athabasca when we left. I can see so many reasons why NOT to buy a 119. But there has always been something about it that I cannot resist, try as I might, lol. So I gave in. I can easily see my wife carrying it while mushroom picking....or myself. She also likes the SRK. Ya, there is definitely some outdoor romance associated with those belt knives.....I tend to pack Cold Steel or ESEE when I am really serious about taking a knife that I trust to an isolated location. But then I tend to lean toward utilitarian practicality with my serious users. Lord knows I have plenty in the toy category though, lol.
