Concerns About Survive! Business and Misleading Lead Time Estimates

Have a friend of mine that ordered a gso 2.5. he called them to ask for a refund and they told him oh we've already shipped the knife its shipping out today he's like okay month-and-a-half later no knife he called yesterday and Demands a full refund and they try to tell him that they already shipped the knife and then they called him back an hour later it says sorry the knives will be shipping out this week and he says don't worry about it I want my refund. They try to talk him out of it and he flat out told them no. See where I'm going? The question is can yall really handle the truth?

Fascinating. But Several notes I would like to make.

1- The "no deliver date for PREORDERED knives

Yes, we already know Preorders have no guaranteed ship date.
However for 2nd's sold as Monday/Wensday orders, those are not "preorders" those are described delivery times of "a few weeks"

and also at the point of sale as 10~15 business days Both of which claims as I have recently found out are outright false and what tripped me up.

You requested a refund because you were unhappy with the wait. And you "Got it". You have no money in a knife you're waiting for from Survive!Knives correct? Maybe just take a step back for a little bit, there's no reason to be so invested in trashing a company that you have no interest in. I'm guilty of getting too worked up over things as well so I'm not throwing stones, I just think a little break can be good.

You make zero sense at all. When someone says got it... good? That means do you understand. I'm going on two weeks after requesting a refund and not received a refund for a gso 12
 
When a mod comes here to this thread and says its legal for me to post screen shots of email correspondence between myself and survive knives I will gladly oblige.

I might be with you on hating fanboys but not this one. This is by far the most egregious and asinine thing you've said. As for Silver needle, I hope you didn't take that into offense. I surely appreciate what you've done, I just simply pointed out that there will always be die hard fans that will protect the image of a company no matter how ridiculous it is.

Lies, Lies, Lies.......Ellie herself has publicly called me out on buying, changing and canceling my orders too much. And I don't blame her for that attitude.

It's posted specifically underneath the factory 2nd model. So..you click on the 4.1 2nd that was mentioned before.. and it has that disclaimer listed right there. Don't take my word for it though. http://surviveknives.com/gso-4-1-factory-2nds/

I'm not an attorney but we have a few that are active here. Hopefully they will chime in with any corrections or clarifications.

It is not illegal to post emails, however, this doesn't shield you from defamation civil suits.

Additionally, you have thread in Feedback which is fine however, this is still a hosted manufacturer forum and you're over the line. I asked you once to tone it down and now I'm telling you're one more nasty comment away from being told to stay out of this subforum.
