Here is the Condor Dundee Bowie that I purchased from Ben at Baryonyx Knife Company. It is a monster blade that will see some heavy duty camp work.

Glad it made it to ya' safe and sound! Have fun getting it dirty. :D

Awesome knife! Really looking forward to your feedback after you've had a chance to put it to some use.

Please do keep us updated.

Especially when thwarting off would-be Michael Jackson “thriller” lookalikes when they mug you :):D

I'll post some better pics tomorrow, hard to do while at work lol. Can't wait to work that finish off.

You're welcome, FortyTwoBlades. Btw, the P-38 was a nice little touch. My old one is just about worn out cause I use it more than my "real" can openers.

You only get cred for that knife if you post a vid of you shaving with it ;)

Compared to my Ka-bar 8" Tanto. This knife truly went to Hell and back with me. I just didn't want to break it batoning.

With my small, heavy duty SOG Seal Pup Elite. Kinda cute next to the brute. Really not a bad little knife. The handle is just too small for my XL hands. Not a problem with my Dundee Bowie.

3/16" thick blade, full eleven inches. Full tang construction. A very impressive knife. :D Couldn't be happier.

I got this knife from Ben of Baryonyx knife too.

This is a tough knife, it thrives on handling all the rough stuff:

It handles batoning well, although you have to watch how you hit close to the handle. Got a few cracks in the handle to show for it. One thing to improve it is to reduce the width of the blade at least 4" towards the handle so as to save some weight.

Dundee Bowie next to the Hudson Bay.

Took this comparison pic before I gifted both. Been seriously considering getting another Dundee for myself.

It looks pretty utilitarian, a working knife for sure. Their 1075 is quite tough IMO. Should make for a serviceable hard use steel. The sheath looks decent as well, you've got a good setup, for carry.
