Condor is good people

As most here know my machete broke last week. I contacted Condors warranty department and sent them the same pictures I posted here. Emailed back and forth with them a few times and was kept in the loop on what was going on they sent me a new machete. Would have gotten it sooner but DHL wouldn't leave a package unattended with out permission(can't blame them CYA). Well I just got home for work and there it was! I got a upgrade because they don't make the 18inch any more so I got a 20 incher! Boy o boy 2 inches makes a difference in weight. Still 420hc but ill give it another go. Just have to find a sheath for it. Ill post some pics when I get to bum around. Me and that log have some unfinished business.

Condor does have some outstanding customer service. And as far as the steel, I used my Viking today on Oak, and it did fine chopping into it.

Well finally got off early enough to get in the woods, and its pouring rain! I guess I asked for it I guess I should have specified when.
