A very big thanks to Jeff w/ Confederate Cutlery. He has re-defined what I expect in customer service. Jeff went above and beyond the call of duty to find a particular knife for me even though his regular distributor was out of stock on them. He kept me informed of his progress via the telephone throughout the entire process.

I sincerely wish to thank Jeff for the best internet customer service I have ever received!

You owe it to yourselves to give the man a shot at your cutlery business!!! It will be cold day you know where before I order from another company.

All my dealngs with Jeff have been a real
positive experience.When I see a knife on BA that I want I hope he is the seller.
