That's her on the left.

She won't be leaving for a while, but she is very much official.

So I'm saying it- Congrats, babe. You done good.

And here's us afterwards:

Congratulations! Thanks to her for stepping up and serving her country.

What specialty did she sign up for?

Good stuff, my whole family has been in the Marines. I just wear the hat.
Congrats and thanks.

Not sure yet. I have to do their delayed entry program. I won't know which of my selected jobs I will get until they call me.

Big congrats! I'm coming on 22 years (Army) and have really enjoyed it. Even if it's just for your initial enlistment, I still give you all the credit for your service. Let us know what your options are...take advantage of the educational benefits!!!

I know this is gonna come up sometime- there's a "leather stuff" thread on my subforum talking about work.

This one is purely for her.

She's chosen a good set of jobs to look at, and all Sierra's scores were out of the ballpark!

Congrats. A word to the wise....make sure you get what you want in writing before you ship.

Congrats!!

My son has been in since march, he is stationed at Barksdale AFB in Louisiana, so far he is really enjoying it. Chris

Congrats to you and Koyote girl. My daughter is here. She goes to AF basic in February. Aim high!

I dont understand how they had you swear in without giving you a MOS. Make sure you get whatever you want TO THE T! in writing before shipping out. If they wanna play hardball threaten to back out. Joining the military is alot like buying a car. HAGGLE!

Congrats on taking your first step

What the shit...

Didn't you see that nice RED emblem over your shoulder Sierra? Christof, don't you parent that child properly. There is a nice red flag over your shoulder... what the hell were you thinking?

What are you going to do with your life? Fly around REAL operators?

TF

p.s. I have to say that. ;) Aim high...

Good luck, hope you get one of your choices rather than one of theirs. ;)

With your high test scores you should be in great shape.

PS: BlackHills had some good advice, make sure to get everything in writing.
