Me too. The quality on the 124 is outstanding. What an unbelievable bargain too.

The 124's have different handles over the years, I would try to handle one before you buy. Mine is like the 1x1 someone else mentioned before, like the knife but my handle is blocky.

Lots of options with both the 120 and 124 if you look around. Great knives no matter which one you get.

The 124 is certainly a tough knife. It is a great knife. It is heavier than the 120 and has a slightly shorter, but broader blade. I have the 120 and it is a fine knife. I would not kick over either one. There is a thread discussing these two with a link to a book about two months back or so.

Although I do not have other Bucks to compare it to , I think the handle of my 124 is great. It fits my hand perfectly and has a nice solid feel.

I discovered that my issue with posting pics of my new 124 is due to the fact that I'm using an iPad. And apparently it's much easier posting pics with a PC. So I'm still working on it.

I read that the 124 is limited edition. Anyone know how many were made ? Or if they're still making them ? I like the "birth date" on the box label.
