So, perhaps I shouldn't jump in, but wouldn't this sort of transaction be the perfect opportunity for NEUTRAL feedback with a comment like "got the item but communication lacking/terms broke down?"

I would have closed it two pages ago, but couldn't figure out how with the new changes. I see it now, and I'll close it now. This transaction has shown me that even people with high positive feedback counts can be terrible to deal with.
