I don't want to damn the dealer completely.
There may be some extenuating circumstances creating the situation.
Plus it's pretty much Xmas anyway...Which is not a great time to push such things.
I'm gonna give it a couple of weeks more, and if it's not resolved by then, i'll start looking for it to be settled promptly.
