And use that nessie to cut up some summer sausage, and have that with crakers and cheese and take in the view, watch the birds, etc..

There is a orchard right down the road from me so I'd use it to cut up fresh apples and peaches.
 
I'd cook with it, the scandi grind combined with the width of the knife would be great in the kitchen.
 
Go in the woods and cut the right plants to heal SWMBO's headache.

Then she will stop telling me that all those knives I buy are useless she'll let me get more.

So basically, to keep my Knife acquisition disorder alive :D
 
Give it to my son, he could use a good camp knife. I'll be taking a group of teens – young guys ages 13-18 – on a three day camping trip at the end of August. I've got several other men lined up to help and teach basic skills...really looking forward to this!!:thumbup:
 
I'd use it to show my wife the quality of knives I would get her if she wouldn't leave the kitchen knives at the bottom of the sink for days sitting in soapy water, or covered with tomato guts, or use the countertop as a cutting board.
