Nice gesture Dan. I would cut up cactus pears with it.

Thanks for the trip down memory lane, Bro!

I used to live in Ft Huachuca and we would "harvest" cactus fruit and make jams/jellies when I was a kid.

Great....now I am starting to miss it! :(

I haven't had any good cactus syrup or jelly in years!!!

9 - to try and "baton" something...

Dan - the lens is awesome! When the Bushmaster arrives, I'll definitely get some good pics up on the forum...

Nice giveaway Dan.
I would love to try out a blade that thin, with such a zero grind.
Well we are cheese and pepperoni lovers here, so I would cut the cheese and pepperoni!:D

That would make an excellent knife to take with me to the Melvinville Annual Fall Jar Fest. 4 days of drinking, camping, drinking, music, drinking, eating and drinking!

The first big knife I took down there was an Outcast, and we used it for everything from splitting wood, clearing brush, slicing a beef tenderloin, cutting up every food item for the weekend, and chopping thru a drunk canadian's camper door. He was drunk (and who wasn't?) and locked the keys inside his camper. I remember him saying "Don't break the window! Just chop thru the door!" I had to touch up the edge a bit after that, but all in all a great weekend of drunken knife fun!

For the last Spring Jar Fest, I took a RAT RC-5. Performed flawlessly, except we didn't have the opportunity to chop thru a camper door.

I'll prepare meals for my camping crew next time I hit the trail. No pre-prepared meals in my camp! Cheers. :)

I would use it to cook a barbecue for my friends as a celebration for winning the knife (very good publicity! hahaha)

1 - I am going to use that baby in the kitchen, where it will see the most action.
