CONTEST!!!!! . . . Win A $1,000.00 Shop Credit And A Free Limited Edition Blade!!!

All that "answer lies within" stuff and the nursery rhyme make me want to say SOUL1 LE. But that can't be it.

I found this in the special crusader thread that Jerry had posted. could this be it???? seems to be an admission that he's making the b8. I just read through his posts.

If by dodging, you mean "making", then you are correct sir!

Is every thread in your world a Basic 8 thread?

It too will be epic!

Soon my friend. . . .soon. . . .

Jerry

Limited Edition Anniversary Steel Heart

What's It? Thread
"It became one of the best selling expansions . . . ."
Answer: The Sims UnLEASHed

Maybe even Nuclear Limited Edition Anniversary Steel Heart
UNLEASHed

ASH2.

From the nursery rhyme, at the end one would normally say ashes to ashes, but you said "dust to dust" and "steel to rust". So I'm thinking ASHes 2 ASHes.

Or from the muscle car thread, BIG dashes. Perhaps this was a reference to double or deuce ASH (i.e., ASH-2).

Many references to 8 ("octo").

Perhaps an 8" blade BIG ASH-2, limited edition of course.

"Weight is over," the bit about the 1/8 mile drag being over before you know it (with the 1/8" being the LE), "look within," etc. all point to Anorexic.

The drink recipe -Ward 8; Better than corn, suggesting "Hog Bait"; the nursery rhyme, suggesting a terrible "fate", I could have had a... V-8; the drag racers with the V-8; Aboctosaurus; all point to something with "8" in it. And a couple of those seem to point to a B-8. Heck, even V-8 sounds like B-8.

And as someone observed, the basic line was an "expansion" of the original Busse line.

But the "V" also suggests a v-grind.

Sabre-ground Anorexic Basic-8 Limited Edition.

And if the "sa" following the "octo" in Aboctosaurus refers to the grind, that means it's an Anorexic B-8[octo] SAbre-ground Urus. And since the "Urus" is the only part that isn't accounted for in the name of the knife, I can only deduce that the prize includes a Lamborghini Urus.

along with a Limited Edition of the blade that is in code!!!

Limited Edition Off Duty?!?!?!?

From this thread hidden in cODe.... I'd lose my mind if that was it
oh and id definately OD if i drank as much as that ward 8x8 recipe called for lol

"Aboctosaurus?"

Anorexic
Basic
8 ("octo")
-saurus = combat grade? You know, because dinosaurs are pretty combat grade. lol.

:)

Here goes, from the drag racing post:
-an 1/8" thick ASH with B.I.G. finish.

"Although he loves the 1/4 mile runs, my brother said fast sprints, coincidentally, like the big 1/8 mile dashes are not his favorite."

Oh yeah. The "big 1/8 mile dashes"

Make that a Sabre-ground Anorexic Basic-8 Limited Edition with Busse Industrial Grade Satin finish.

my guess is from the word "Aboctosaurus" where I think this means "Anniversary Basic 8 Satin"

my first guess is'nt that great. But I have a second here from the muscle car thread in the Line "When asked about their overwhelming popularity, he did agree that nearly every time, big dashes bolster attendance and help to keep the sport alive." I found BIG ASH w/ Bolsters

"big dashes bolster attendance"

Maybe a 1/8 Badger Attack LE?

Or a BIG Finish Badger Attack LE?

"Look Within"

I'm just going to guess he means Steel HEART when he says look within..like look within your heart or within yourself. idk prob lame ha not sure if someone already guessed that or not.
