Convert Esee 3 s35vn blade to 3hm

I would like to convert my new Esee 3 blade in s35vn to Esee 3hm blade. This would involve removing the choil and removing material from the handle. I would supply both the s35vn 3 and the example 1095 3hm and a new set of 3hm scales. Esee doesn't make this knife and probably won't ever. I suspect this work would cost more than the original knife. I don't care. I like the 3hm shape especially for field dressing game. I like s35vn for edge holding.
