Convex edges are not stronger than v edge

Looks like that’s gonna be a pretty thick blade at 27 dps. in that graphic. Your graph isn’t showing the complete blade cross section or the actual convex grind as it would be in the real world except an axe. I don’t have any knives with a 27 dps. most of my knives are 12-15 dps. That’s the area a convex edge would be suitable with a hollow grind that is thin behind the edge. Thinner blades would benefit from a convex grind more so than a thick blade.
