I think the wait is on the busse knives they said the "busse" custom shop is backed up. even though they're in the same building "i think" the yard and swamp prob have their own custom shops for the sr101 stuff
 
The R6 I ordered early this year (g10 + liners), took about 6.5 months.
I ordered two RMDs on Aug 27...received a payment request for the first ("off the shelf") yesterday; with a mention that it would be a while for the one with G10 handles.
I think I need a snakewood on satin RMD....and/or maybe a bone on satin. I'd be okay with a 6 month wait on those

Last year I ordered a sage with black micarta scales. I think I only waited about 3 months on that one. I love it. Overall probably the best knife I have. I'm
