Here's one hot off the grinder. This knife is a fighter done up in 1095 with a differential heat treat. The hamon line looks better in person than it does in my pics. I can never seem to capture it well in photos. The bolsters are stippled brass. They add a bit of texture to the grip that really feels good in the hand, and also add a bit of sparkle to the knife. I was lucky enough to have a frog skin here for the sheath inlay that very closely matched the color of the Ironwood.
Enjoy the pics, and as always, comments are very welcome, and apreciated.

Since you're looking for comments, here's mine.
I love everything about the knife........except the file work.
I know some people love it, but unless it's kept to a minimum, it's not my cup of tea.
I don't seem to mind it as much on folders, but on a fixed blade it's pretty much a turn off.
For me, it doesn't add anything & actually detracts from a knifes appearance. Less is more comes to mind.
Like they say, to each his own.

"To each his own"........Roger that!!
