Copfish is certainly one of the best to deal with. He offered to sell me a Boker Brend folder for $60, then lowered it the price because I was an Asian brother.

I told him I was interested, but it would be hard for me to get the money to him because I'm fifteen and its hard for me to get checks/money orders. I pointed out very clearly that it would take me a while to figure it out, and he replied that it was fine and he'll send it out to the address I give him, and if I like the knife, send him the money order, and if I don't just send it back. Very trusting guy. This is the first time I've really done buisiness by e-mail, and I'm happy to say that so far it seems to be a very pleasant experience. So this post is to encourage people to deal with Copfish, even though they may not get big discounts for being a "yellow fellow" (being asian is cool). Hope my punctuation/spelling wasn't bad, I'm really sleepy ATM.

I would like to dido that! John is a great guy to deal with. From what I can tell from my dealings with him, is that he honest, friendly talker, and there is just no BS about the man. I hope to deal with him some more in the future. I'm not Asian, but I think he treated me damn well!

All kidding aside... This guy in my book is AAA+++. If any of you knife nuts out there read this post John (copfish) could use some old knives for kids. He takes them out, and teaches them about the outdoors. So guy's, look for some old pocket knives that are doing nothing, but collecting dust, and contac John. Just say you heard it through the grapevine... Thanks!

Gracias!

Thanks Guys! (blushing) I have been a Boy Scout for 35 years (Eagle Scout, Class of 1975)... I like to teach the guys how to sharpen their knives and often give a good (read better than the crap BSA sells) knife to the Summer Camp Staffer or Camper who needs one. Also my Fraternal Organization donates .22 rifles and shotguns to the Boy Scouts... Yup, you anti-gunners, we are arming the kids!

Sosueme...

BTW, any of you guys that have a decent .22 rifle (bolt action) or a 12 guage punp shotgun that want to donate it to the Boy Scouts, give me a shout and I will hook you up. Gee... guns for kids...

There is a poorer Scout Camp (Rocky Mountain Council)that needs to start a shooting program in Southern Colorado. Money (Made out to the Boy Scouts, Rocky Mountain Council) is also accepted.

He gives Asian brother discounts???

Damn!! Too bad I'm Irish.

Copfish is #1 in my book. Pro-knife, pro-gun & an honest guy. What more can you ask for?

Stay sharp!

He is even cool to Italian/Mexican/Germans too! Friend of man, child, animal, and immigrant . . . I am telling you he should be forum President! Just look how many times he was noted in the Forum "good to deal with" list. Viva La Copfish!

copfish-congrats on the standup rep. i'llbe checking my collection to see if there's anything your scouts could use.just an idea- several years back, one of the knife mags had an article about members of a scout troop putting together friction folder kits (if memory serves they were from americana,ltd.). now that my 7 yr. old has joined the cub scouts i'm thinking about checking into this myself.imagine, helping create a new generation of knifenuts

Your money order is out in the mail. I think I'll get your knife tommorrow. BTW, I've never used money orders before, and I'm otherwise clueless about the USPS stuff, so please verify with me that the money order works. Hopefully I didn't fill it in wrong. Don't worry, I didn't write "Asian Janitorial Apparatus" for the remitter. And pay to the order of is not "Copfish, my yellow fellow".

Gah! Pokémon!

A conspiracy by the Japanese to take over the world with their seemingly harmless creation devised by animation artists on a really bad acid trip. I thought hallucinigenic drugs were illegal in Japan.

Geeze. When I saw this stuff I could have sworn they must have legalized crack cocaine in Japan. What possibly could these people be on? Honestly... what is up with yellow (nothing wrong with yellow

) balls of fuzz with lightning bolts for a tail? And why are they so obscenely fat? And why is it that their TV show always features bright flashing colors that makes epileptic kids go into a coma? .... and I thought I had no grip on reality!
