Hi all,

The copperhead pattern is definitely one of my fav. Please, show what you have!

Here's my modest copperhead/copperlock array:

I've got a couple of Case production models in CV (stock image of yellow copperlock)...

That Ruple is the gold standard of copperheads.

I guess that sounds better than the copper standard...:p

Thanks, Rob. I got lucky being in the right place at the right time with the right friend on that one.:cool:

This Ruple is just...out of this world. The Cripple Creek is pretty nice too

More, I say! I want to see more!

:D

One of Bill's nicer knives, fer sure!;)

I came very close to buying a Boker Copperhead this morning, but did not know whether the price was good (it was) or not. May pick it up Tuesday.

These are great patterns. I will have more.

Top knife is a CV with Wharncliffe main blade.

The mini Copperlock on top is a MOP (with some gold hue) and the other is a 2008 Thanksgiving knife with laser etch on smooth caramel bone. Sharpest Case I have bought yet out of the box. I didn't get the lighting right on the MOP to show the pearl to best effect. It almost looks like white smooth bone in this photo. Maybe one of these days I'll figure out how to make it pop.

The two large Copperlocks on the bottom. One is orange pick bone (I think Case may have called this persimmon) and a burnt stag prize (I stole this knife off ebay, sometimes you win, sometimes you lose).

I like them all.

I have just one...a 1983 Case in CV and bone, I suppose if you are going to have only one it should be a nice one.... :D

Very nice specimens guys! Is it just me that finds the one blade version (Queen, Case Mini-Copperlock, etc.) immensely "pocketable"?

No. It's not just you. Those Queens are really nice. I think I've got to have that Boker 2-blade too. They have a clip main blade and a skinning secondary. I am liking the case Copperhead with the Wharncliffe, so I may try to pick up another one of those and, of course, I'll have to get one of the regular ones with the clip main blade to keep it company.

Dang, I get carried away with this stuff. Sorry.

This is my one and only Copperhead. It is an Eye Brand. I like the Match Strike nail nicks on this knife. I think they set the blades off nicely.

Ed, that's a nice Eye Brand! Thanks for the pics

On another note, the more I handle the one bladed one, the more I like them...this shape of a handle is so comfortable without the second blade digging in the fingers!

I'm liking this thread so far :D
