Basic no nonsense field utility knife. I've done several of these I
sent out as christmas presents to support some guys in the 'stan.
These two are a bit modified, being finished as cord wraps. There's a slight
dimensional change in the tang when doing a cord wrap, as well.

Steel is 1/8, 1084, full quench and temper, then differentially
tempered. Both have some light filework on ramp and ricasso/guard.

Slab sided, scandivex ground as with most of my field and wilderness blades.

Both are blued and rubbed down for that zombie hunting aesthetic.

Underlayer wrap on both is acrylic soaked linen cord, overwrap is
utility cord- like 550 paracord but thinner. Sometimes called "220
cord"

Sheaths are double needle hand stitched and double seamed, with straps
having separate seams (for possible repairs and to eliminate
wear-prone corner stitches.) Made by Sierra Student.

Black handled one is 11 inches overall with a sharpened blade length
of 5 3/4 inches. Sheath is an Expedition model. Fully adjustable and
removable belt hanger which can be reversed for LH carry

ACU - grey handled one is 10 3/8 inches long with a blade length of 5
3/8 inches. The sheath on that one is a Ranger style, with a folded
over belt loop sewn to the horizontal strap.

Asking $165, shipped, for either- military and leo/fr discounts apply as usual.

black one is 519, grey is 520

thanks for the eyeballs.

It takes a bit of adjustment on the handle profile to go to the cord wrap. I'm 50/50 on them. I do think it's the most comfortable way to go with a thinner carry on them. I'm in love with the blade profile
