Could use some help picking out a fixed blade

I've used my Yard Guard for chopping and batoning. It does okay. I have bigger knives that work better for that than the Yard Guard, but they ARE bigger. The Yard Guard, due to its particular size, doesn't really excel at anything, other than being really freaking tough. But it will do LOTS of jobs.

Do you have any experience with a RC6? Would you say that is a better knife for all around work?

I purchased the yardguard. Wish it had a full flat grind like the RC6, but oh well. I bet it will chop much better. Maybe Ill get a RC6 some day.

Thanks all for helping me out! You guys have been awesome; very patient. I learned a lot about all the different knife companys there are.

I havent found more than maybe one or two reviews on the yardguard, so ill probably do one myself.
