This is hardly worth the post as it amounts to less than 2 bucks but after multiple attempts to get it resolved through County Comm I opened a paypal dispute. I ordered multiple items from them on 1/5/12. They arrived and I noticed that a 6 inch aviators key chain which I paid for was not included in the order.
No big deal, stuff happens so I sent them an email on 1/16/12 letting them know what happened and asked that they send the item along.
A week passes and I sent them another email on 1/21/12 again stating that they had not sent an item paid for or responded to my last email and to please respond.
So here is is 2/5/12 and still no response from County Comm. Just sent them another email letting them know that I have filed a dispute and am finding it outrageous that I am having to do so over an items that literally costs 1.40.
So basically 1 month has passed since my initial purchase and I am having to go through this to get a key chain sent to me. I almost just blew it off but it is kind of the principal of the thing.
Just wanted to pass this information on to you all to take what you will from it when dealing with County Comm. I guess they are okay if you don't need to use customer service after a purchase but if you do, I wish you luck.
