Well, yall must have deep pockets to be able to spend that kind of money on knives just to look at them! I'm a user all the way and if I don't use it, then it's on the chopping block!
Uhhhh. If you factor in Bob and I have been here for a long time, and what they sell for directly, it’s not that much.
Its like being a customer waiting 20 minutes in line. Then a new cashier opens the next register and the new customer that just got in line makes the move....I loseJust great, now everyone knows how to get one. As if there is some sort of CPK inventory glut laying around waiting for more people to try their luck. Please delete so we all have a better chance DUH!![]()
It may not be that much to you....I know that I couldn't have 10 CPKs sitting around, I ain't got that kinda cheese!

It’s all relative. I’m just gonna leave this one alone.
I think I need to set the record straight on one thing. The knives I collect have, to some degree, a more primary purpose than just sitting around. I tend to be a supplier, AT MY ORIGINAL COST, to (for instance) someone I know who I've found out needs a specific knife to complete a set of four - and I happen to have that specific knife - and trade or sell it to the person, so he/she can fill that important spot in the collection - and I make ZERO dollars doing it. There are regulars here who have been recipients - who may or may not want to acknowledge, and a couple of guys who I wouldn't ever deal with again. Don't expect me to jump up and down from requests. I may have alot of knives, but that is one of the purposes of having them - to supply that need to the extent I feel it's possible. This subforum is full of good people and some of us just like to help out here and there.
Hope this offers a bit more clarity about a few of us who seem to hoard, lol.
Bob
understand....you got all the knives you needGuilty as charged. Someone had dared me and I had a bit too much vino last night. **it happens![]()
Glad to hear those who can't complete that set of 4 finally get their break!I think I need to set the record straight on one thing. he must be the guy that orders 10 knives on the preorders all in the limited quantity micarta scales i'm guessing....this is a tough brand to be a part of....and with this thread the preorders are going to be filled in minutes. Glad all of you guys had your fun though, thats what its all about.....I will just be waiting in the back of the line...patientlyI'm one of those regulars who has so far done 2.5 deals with Bob and I will vouch for what he has stated upthread to be 100% correct in our dealings. Heck, one of those deals was worth like 10 x a regular transaction to me. So what's a 0.5 deal some may ask?! That's just for me to know and for those who don't know, to not know![]()
