I'm not impressed at all by this review. If you really wanted to show the steel's capabilities, why not use a tougher media? Butter? Really? Perhaps you could do a review that really pushes the limits of the knife. Maybe feather sticks with soft pine or soap carving. Just saying.

I had to. I wasn’t 100% confident it would cut through at room temperature.
