I'd give anything for a recount on the Skinner votes. Someone rigged it. I saw ballot stuffing.
It's just so good. You wouldn't think a dainty little thing would get much work done, but it's a laser through everything. It was an actual pleasure to use. I tried an EDC2 and a FK. There isn't a Carothers offering that can compare.
Well, I kept holding out for a giant and got impatient. I had my 7 year old me and figured it was a good tonight was a good to share the experience. I used a Ruger Gunsite Scout in 450 Bushmaster and this was the 4th in a row to fall to that combo with a heart shot.
This is the 11th deer I've field dressed, caped and completely skinned out with my EDC 1. I wish I could get my hands on another EDC!
As a follow up... This was the deer. I've not killed one a tuned up EDC won't cut through like butter.
Thanks, my friend. He's not stopped talking about it all dayJellied heart, now thatās the proof is in the pudding for sure!!
When they drop like that, itās an experience your 7 year old will hold in awe forever.
Beautiful deerSigarett and perfect shot too, congratulations

Tough to beat a signature sdfk. Definitely my favorite knife so farUsed my SS SDFK today to clear some stickers and clean out a gash in a power pole. Looks like the old county road crew got a little carried away with their mowing ? The carpenter ants approve.
After carrying various CPK choppers in the work truck, Iāve finally settled on the SDFK. It does all of the clearing and heavy cutting tasks that a folder or small fixed blade shy away from. Chainsaws and weed wackers accomplish most other work-related tasks.
If the shit really hit the fan and a fella had to battle zombies on the way home, the SS SDFK would get me through !![]()
Yes sir, thereās a lot to love there. Itās an all-around versatile beast, isnāt it ? The HDFK offers a similar kind of special feel and lookā¦.maybe more so, IMO. That said, the more brutish size and acute tip of the SS SDFK probably make it a better zombie killer and that, my friend, is the standard that all knives must be judged by !Tough to beat a signature sdfk. Definitely my favorite knife so far
