How about posting pictures of your scales? Please note what material it is, buffed/unbuffed, etc. I'd like to create a thread to show all of the options that Nathan and Jo have offered over the years. (And yes, I have an ulterior motive; I'd like to have something to point to from the CPK encyclopedia... Hat-tip to @Odog27 for the suggestion.)

I have a fondness for micarta, especially the antique stuff. Ignore the middle knife on the bottom which is mostly obscured, that's only burlap. All buffed
