CPM-D2 Military

WHAT!! :eek: Oh my! I want one! I just traded off a 806D2(too good of a deal to pass up) and I miss it, but this sounds like something that will fill the missing 806D2 spot very well.
Is this Military going to have the liners, and all that??
Off to order one...

I loved the foliage green color, and hope that it will be offered in G-10 for more models. *cough*Delica sprint run*cough*
 
I forgot to ask. Will this "foliage green" look the same as what was on the Lil' Temperance? That was a fantastic color.

Some of you may be disappointed in that aspect. Foliage green is a military digicamo color that is very dull, and really doesn't look like any particular color. It's like a dull greenish, brownish grey, made to blend in on many back drops. Do a search for the foliage green Delica to see what I mean.
 
I love foliage green....hope they have more models in foliage green....like maybe the Lum Chinese.....or Endura ZDP....
 
hey Sal would this run be the one with the interchangeable clip that you mentioned before?
 
Hi Tony, if you mean on the Military, no, it's the same as our current military. The re-design of the Military is not yet complete.

CPM D2 and foliage green Military sounds like a must have to me. Can't wait. I'm curious what the redesigned version entails. I'd love to see a tip up option. A wire clip on the Military would be great. Compression or ball lock seems like a nice variant too.
 
Not sure if the Military is for me - I'm left-handed and usually carry smaller knives - but I will be tempted to buy it anyway. The Delica in foliage green G-10, on the other hand, is a must-buy! Sounds great!
