Alright Lads Just To Let You Know That I Got An Email From Jack Crain On The 17 July 2007 Saying That I Should Have My Ls1 Knife With In Ten Days As He Screwed Up The First One He Made For Me Coz He Was Ill ....... Yeah Right Jack Cut The Shit And Send Me The Blade . I Will Believe It When The Blade Is In My Hand!! Jack If You Are Reading This You Know I Have Been In Contact With Weatherford Police Dept In Your County And They Are Awaiting My Paper Work You Have 6 Days Left To Deliver
 
I can't help but wonder if you are for real Kevhowelzy. And this in in no way a defense for Jack Crain. If you have truly been riped off, I hope you luck. But you say that you have been in contact with the Weatherford pd. Locals have nothing to do with postal fraud what so ever. You also listed the FBI in an earlier Post. It is my understand that the folks that you need to talk to is the U.S. Postal inspectors. Makes me wonder if you have talked to anyone at all. If I am incorrect about the FBI. someone let me know. Bluffing will not work if you don't use the right names when dropping them. And I'm sure the local pd, and the feds would have sent you in the right direction. Mike
 
Mike, what Jack Crain has done to people is not just Postal fraud, but fraud as well. Jack's local police department are the right ones to contact to see if they would be willing to investigate the charge. If Jack Crain did to me what he seems to have done to others, I would go after him using every possible avenue open to me.
 
just an update on jack crain he emailed me on the 17 july saying that my LS1 knife i orded would be shipped in ten days , crain has fucked me around for 9 months telling me lies, it is now 30 august nealy five weeks later and i have still not go my knife , he kept tell me that he hadnt shipped it because he had 2 hours work left on it , that was 3 weeks ago i have emailed him every day and he is now ignoring me , i have told him i want my money back ,and he can stick the LS1 up his inbread texan ass jack crain is a piece of shit i mean a real gutter trype the guy is a lying , theiving , coward because he wont ever talk to me on the phone i am going to make it my mission in life to cause crain as much shit as i can i am going to make sure this fucking prick never sells another knife .
dont buy a knife from jack w crain (I BET THE W STANDS FOR WANKER) as you will never see your money again . i am going to see what can be done to shut down is web site as its false advertising and there must be a law againt that .

I had two incidents with Internet Fraud and none of the local police departments followed up with me on the outcome. One incident they were investigating and the last one I received my money ASAP when I proceeded to notify the U.S. Postal Services and the F.B.I. The U.S. Postal Service can take up to a year or longer with their investigation but they keep up with it and notify you. The F.B.I. does have an Internet Fraud Report that you can file on line. I have not heard from them.
The online Auctioner that I had made my purchase through has Insurance and paid me on the one incident after I had elapsed on my time to file for claim. Apparently, I did file the insurance claim on time and they were the ones that prolonged the investigation requesting for me to give the seller more time. It took one intense letter from my legal adviser to them for them to send me the information of the Insurance Company and a check was received in due time. This was a nightmare that made me leave that online Auctioner never to return. I will not be bitten by this monster again.
 
It was my bad luck that I had made both purchases on line within a week apart. They were two total different sellers in different states. Talk about pulling the hair of my head while I was going through this. Both purchases were over $1000.00. One Scope for $800.00 and another one for $400.00. The one seller whom I got the $800.00 back from did so after I got his house number from the public listing and called his house. Caught him totally off guard. He was living in his girlfriends house but asked for the Money Order to be put in her name. That was a red flag which I should had immediately picked up on. He stated that he was going on vacation and she would cash it for him. I still keep my file on him with his home address. The way the Fed's work I might here something before I go bald. His case is settled. The other one I lost some money because the insurance company does not pay in full. Only partial for this Auctioner.
 
mike lovett what are on about ! who are you !!! you dont know if am for real........ i got in contact with the FBI and they said speak to the weatherford police , i have... and ,sent them my paper work proving that i sent crain a payment and they are helping me get my knife or my money back , they have been more help in 1 week than the British police have in months ... so who,s name dropping and bluffing ...mike ..watch yeah mouth sunshine .

I'm probably wasting my time telling you this, but before you start calling someone out, you might want to find out who they are. If you were to do a bit of research, you would find that Mike is a very highly respected knife maker who treats everyone with courtesy and respect and goes well out of his way to help folks. If he is questioning the way you say you are handling things, it is because he has enough experience to know that the process you are describing doesn't sound like what one would expect to hear.
