I was considering which blade to edc and it occurred to me that my most concealable knives were not my Busses, even though Busses are what I usually carry. I would like to see a slim knife offered with four and five inch blades. 3/16" steel. A very thin contoured handle of g-10 or micarta or even paracord. A very thin integral would be awsome but my suggestion is the thin steel with a very slim g-10 handle for deep concealment.
Thanks to Jerry and Busse Combat

I'm sure this has already been mentioned but how about a straight razor? Maybe with some kind of bone or horn handle? Would that be considered a folder? :)

I made one a couple of months ago. . . . Ground it so thin that if you held it up to a lamp, you could see light pass through it!!!!! . . . . Cut myself so deep that I had to use two bottles of super glue in order to get my face stuck back on!!!!!!

I want a Nuclear Meltdown Straight Handled Badger Attack. Kust like the original except made of INFI with the Nuclear Meltdown treatment.

Pics or it didn't happen! ;)

Jerry,

I don't know if this has been suggested yet, as I didn't bother to read every post:

I think if you really want to show off the skills of your grinders and the quality of your steel you should put out a keris blade.
It should have about 12 inch blade, with a double guarded handle, and a pommel, and not be as thick as the other Busse's say starting at .20 and working toward a fine point-a real stabbing, slicing beast.

Another suggestion I think you should do one in Scandi style, thick handles, short blade under 4 inches about an 1/8 thick.

Thanks for the chance to voice my opinion.

-An overall size and grips from the Straight Handled Badger Attacks.
-A blade shape similar to the Satin Jack Tactical without the choil.
-A stock thickness of 0.20 - 0.22"
-Nuclear Meltdown rounded spine and most exposed edges, talon hole, etc.
-A butt with a flattened, integrated oval dropping to the bird's beak and including a spike/pry bar that can also act as a skull crusher.
-The curve of the spine leading into a blade catch like on the MoFo but with a sharpened inside radius to serve as a seat belt or strap cutter while the blade is still sheathed.
-The upper guard/blade catch/strap cutter will line up diagonally with talon hole forming a 'S', similar to the forward curve of the TAC scales.
-The plunge line will have a pronounced forward curve as seen on Steel Heart I or HG-55 cg.
-The plunge line will flow forward into a saber grind with a flat for the Busse Combat logo but with the edges curved to fit the overall convexed profile, extending a vertically narrowing full stock thickness to almost the tip.
-Below this saber area the blade will have the corrigated bevel treatment to reduce weight but retain rigidity and strength, similar to the HG-55 cg, but more curvy to flow better with the plunge line.
-A reinforced tip like the military overrun HG55 (but with the SJ TAC tip shape) flowing from the saber-ish treatment below and flowing into the rounded spine.
-Green and Black G10 scales. Carbon fiber would be cool though.
-The spine flowing into the tip with a 'penatrater' treatment or a sharpened swedge, ideally under 1/2".

Thanks,
Toast

I think many of us would like to see remakes of the old styles: Badger Attack, Steel Heart II, ARgonne assault, Satin Jack. Mr. Mojo, Battle Mistress ERgo Series of knives. These designs are classics, and with the new options with handles in G10, paper and canvas Micarta, not to mention the blade colors out now, they would ALL be big sellers. Why change Jerry's perfection? Maybe an updated version, but they are all great knife designs. if the blade options were offered for these knives like they are the Tank Buster, Jerry could retire to his own Pacific Island.... and then let us HOGS come on vacation and use our infi to chop down palm trees. :-). Can't wait for the design choices to come out... I have never enjoyed knives so much as I do the Busse's

Nuclear Meltdown MoFo!!!

Just like the NM version of the Battle Mistress, make it longer, full convex, and rounded in all the key places. That would be hot. Especially if you made it an Uncle version, and got rid of that hook ;)
