Love the pic of the Chiton. We see a lot of them down here when we go tidepooling. Hard to spot but when you are looking for them they seem to be everywhere.

Looks like a northern brown water snake( I think) Put off a nasty smell when handled, non venemous, but the bight still hurts.
 
This was a little tricky. How did I do it?
