CRK professional soldier custom handles WIP

I'm with Amoo the full handles have me looking at Professional Soldiers the Mnandi type inserts not so much.

One Mnandi inlay is coming to Iowa. :)

I like both versions he is doing. I opted for the Mnandi version as I love Mnandis but don't have any because they are too small for me. This will be the closest to a Mnandi that I will get, and it's an Insingo to boot.

Here are some glamour shots of the finished knives. A little something for everyone... inkosi, bowie and tanto, koa, maple, bog oak...

Excellent work. These pics are not aiding me in exercising self control w/ my new-found addiction. Has anyone bought a knife just to put a good scale on it? 🤔

Very nice. Wood is cool.
How are the Mnandi style inlays fixed?
Is it possible to get a picture of the full scale model in hand? Please.
TIA

Sure thing...here's a few pictures. Although I absolutely love mine I could use the funds elsewhere. I'll be listing mine on the exchange tonight and hope like hell it goes to a good home.

I was lucky enough to have this beautiful little knife find its way to me, my first CRK fixed blade. It's really a nice little knife. I'm not fond of fixed blades with no scales or cord-wrapped handles but with the custom scales this is great. If I could I might add half an inch to the rear of the handle to make it perfect but it's pretty close as-is.

The sheath is really nice too. I was a little worried about it rubbing the scales coming in/out but it seems to mostly engage the front screws for the scales. Retention is good. Overall a great package.

TRfromMT and/or wtlj, what do you recommend to maintain the wood scales and keep them in good shape? Do I need to regularly apply any kind of protectant?

For some size comparison, here it is next to my trusty EDC Sebenza 25 and a small Inkosi that I just picked up.
