I have a seb 21 small double lug that is fresh back from the spa (was a light user before, got reblasted and double lug added) I lightly polished the washers and the blade will drop freely when you depress the lockbar. This knife is extremely smooth and looks brand new. Comes with box, papers, tool but the cloth is gone.
