Gotta give a thumbs up to CRKT customer service. I have a black ripple, and lost the screws (yes, all of them) and the clip. Sent an email asking for replacement cost and shipping. I just received an email telling me that it was covered under warranty, and that they were sending replacement parts and covering the shipping. Just after receiving that email, I got another telling me that the parts had already shipped. This is my first experience with customer service for any of the knives I own, and I hope that if I must go through this again, the are as professional and courteous as CRK&T.
