About 2 weeks or so ago the little black rubber ring which is located around the pivot pin next to one of the washers (is that what is called a "spacer"?) of my CRKT M16-03Z was broken. I found out after disassembling the folder in order to clean it.

I sent an eMail to CRKT's CS department, got a quick reply and they sent me a new one to Germany!
