CRKT M-16Z liner lock failed.

I have a m16-13m with auto lawks and i really like it. The lock has not failed and the lawks always engages properly.
 
I have an M16-13Z. When I bought it, before I knew anything about knives, it seemed pretty nice. Now I look at it, and it's all wrong: poor steel, slippery scales, tip-down clip, iffy lock, just a wasted chunk of money that could have bought half a nice Spydie or BM.

Think I'll take the chisel grind down to something more useful and give it to my favorite bartender, who has no folder and would at least benefit thereby.
 
I won't buy them. Reminds me a Frosts knives. Some are cool to look at, but even the company doesn't intend for you to do anything other than buy them...that's why they use such cheap steel. My two cents.
