Lately I have been noticing that customer service sucks! Everywhere I go, I am met with poor service. Well, CRKT (and president Ron Bremer) have come to the rescue and made me believe that there are still great companies out there.
I won't go into the details, but I had an issue, brought it to their attention, and it was resolved by the president of the company within one business day with a very generous resolution.
I was a fan before, but now I am a lifelong customer!
Major props to CRKT!

I love hearing stories like this, and I support companies who treat their customers right. I'll be buying a CRKT knife soon just because of this.

I've never had any problems but this is good to hear about them.
Their knives are decent well made knives, well worth their price.

Same here, a few days ago in a thread about the CRK&T Ritter MK5, I mentioned that the sheath on one of mine did not fit quite as good as the other one....someone in that thread (and I think I know who :) ), must have passed that along, because completely to my surprise, a new sheath came in the mail today that holds the knife like a vice grip!!!

The only CRK&T that I have is the Crawford Kasper folder, that I bought several years ago, because of an article in TK magazine. It's a solid beast of a knife and gets razor sharp.I have'nt packed it in God knows how long,7 1/2 to 8 oz.,darn near pull your pants down!

I have to say I'm not impressed with the one CRKT knife I have, a Lake Bandera 2, but then again I bought it for $17, so I guess you get what you pay for . . . On the other hand it definitely doesn't seem like it's worth half the cost of my Spyderco Tenacious.

I was gifted a Ripple for Christmas and this knife is amazing! With IKBS, it is the first true production knife using a system often reserved for higher end customs. And let me say, it shows! I think it is easily as fast and solid as the movement in my Benchmade Axis locks. Well done CRKT!
