CRKT Service Turnaround Time

Does anyone know the turnaround time for CRKT service? I sent a Ripple back a couple of weeks ago. I'm just trying to set my own expectations.

hard to say, things change from company to company. sometimes it is a week, sometimes a month. just be patient and use another knife in the meantime.

When I shipped a sheath in from the time I sent it to the time I got it back was less than 7 days. IMO they have great CS and Turnaround time.
