I had a CRKT Ryan model 7 that one of the handles cracked on it. I contacted CRKT to see if I could buy some more handles for it. I was instructed to ship it back to them. That model has been discontinued so they asked me what other comparably priced model they could replace it with. 2 weeks later, a new knife arrived. That isn't blazing fast service but in their defense, they were in the middle of an inventory when I spoke to them. The people I spoke to there were very friendly and seemed to care about their customers. Since I've bought 40+ of their knives in the last couple of years, it felt good to be treated well by their customer service department. A good value and good customer service is a winning combination in my book.

I no longer use any CRKT knives, and own only one. However, one thing I did like about them is their customer service. I called them a few times looking for parts and they were shipped promptly and arrived within three or four days time. This on discontinued models even. I also called them with questions regarding other knives and they were always very helpful.
