Purchased a CRKT fixed blade, had a problem w/ the sheath (the insert inside the cordura came out w/ the knife when I removed the knife from the sheath).
Sent a email to them explaining the situation, and Christina from CRKT told me that it was no problem; just send her my mailing address and they would send me another one.
They did, and I am very grateful.
