Hello all. A couple months ago, I commissioned a new custom knife from John. Upon taking delivery and subsequent use, I was so enamored with it, that I decided to share it with my JK friends. But I am not sure if I could be without it.

So I asked Mr. K to make another, this one with stainless bolts. As it has moved closer to the top of "The List", it is time to get this pass around rolling.

The only requirement for entry is that you are a Proud Supporter of JK knives before the start of this thread, or one of my friends from other subforums.

Reviews are not required, but it may benefit you to put one together.:D

After the passaround is over, I will start a poll and whoever has the best review, as voted on by our peers, will be the proud new owner of a JK Crooked Creek!

ETA:

In order to avoid stagnation in the passaround, please have the knife back on the road two weeks after receiving it.

If a certain two weeks will work better for you let me know, and I will keep it in mind when figuring out the shipping order.

Also, if at any point the knife becomes dull and you are not confident in your own sharpening abilities, send it to me and I will put a hair shaving edge back on it.

Post here if you want to check it out, and I will get the list started.

If it gets to the west coast for a while I would love to have a few days with it. With my schedule it may be tough but If Mykel or some others out here have it I can make arrangements.

I took delivery of this knife a few days ago and after fondling it for a little while, I am now prepared to send it on it's way.:D

Keep in mind that I would like to keep the passaround moving so please only keep the knife for 2 weeks if possible. If you have a window of time when it would work best for you, just let me know.

It makes sense to me to keep it in the state first, so it doesn't take multiple cross country trips. Who wants it first?

Also I would like to add that if you still want in on this passaround, just post here.

It came in yesterday but my wife was in a fairly serious accident on her way home from work last night. Not sure how much time I will have to play with this one.
