Well good news Maciej made the adjustment and it was back in the mail to me yesterday. Overall excellent customer service and I'm looking forward to getting it back.

So I have my knife in hand, it's beautiful, the adjustment was minor and now I have more "purchase" on the lock bar like I wanted. Well worth the wait. The fit & finish is incredible. AND YES pics to follow. The wife's the photographer so I'll get her on it.

I paid Pohan Leu upfront and got a perfect folder delivered on time.

In hindsight I'm glad I went with the all Ti frame/body, didn't know how I"d like that(more about the weight) but I had a few folks steer me in that direction, good advice IMO.
