I am loving this steel , I sharpened it on my kme w course stone and it looked like I polished the edge !? I also think the edge retention is one of the best , I cut cardboard and plastic straps all day today and it's still shaving sharp . Amazed is the best word to describe how I feel about this steel . Move over Elmax lol
