I ordered a knife from them a couple of days ago and had a simple question to ask them.
I emailed them early this am and no response yet. What is there general response time?
Do they have a phone number to call if email doesnt work??
I've bought from them before and no problem, very happy with their service. Just a question thats all.

your question was answered by email a couple of hours ago. If you did not receive our response for some reason please let me know. Sometimes we get hundreds of emails per day that must be answered, all by me by the way.

Anyhow, your order was received, processed and has shipped out. You should have it in the next few days.

Thank you for the reply and the great service. I get worried when credit card charges don't show up right away. Knowing that you do most of he replys solo also helps!
