I am kind of new to Busse blades, yet I am guessing the blade thickness on the HACK is a typo. Or it is one thick blade.
 
Everyone's talking about the B8, the MOABOLO (Only Live Once?), Butaniku, sure, they're all nice, but everyone's missing the real special offering:

I believe there's a few hogs around these parts who like thick blades, am I right? When was the last time Busse offered a blade nearly an inch thick? And given the size of the knife, that blade must be pretty much triangular in cross section. That's quite a special variant, don't you think?

For me, the B8 is nice, and I get that folks have been waiting forever for it, but I still have one of the first run of BF-special B7's, and the Mofo Crusader is really lovely, but quite similar to my Recurve/clip point NMFSH. I've got some deciding to do...
 
If any of the previous Elmax offerings are an indicator, that HACK should be 0.090". And one hell of a deal!!!

The demand for the NMFSH was so high you brought it back???? What about the ASH? Wasn't there enough demand for BIG ASH? Sorry not trying to ruffle feathers but I think the demand for another ASH is higher. Maybe Gerald has something up his sleeve?

Damn this is a nice looking set of blades. The Busse gang really came through.

Original AMS had flat (or convex) grind and military overun version had hollow grind. I wonder if it's the same with ratmandu...

Looking at the grind plunge line near the ricasso, I'd guess it's flat ground below the saber/fuller.

No doubt!!! Do want!!! :cool: For me, it'd be either ONE of those, or a slew of the other offerings. Tough choice!!! :grumpy:
