Cupidganzaaaaa 2015 Pics, Specs and Pricing!!!!!! . . . . . .

This is gonna be a really tough decision. I'm thinking B8 but am also considering one of the basic production knives off the site.

Or do I just go "all in" and get that damn MOABOLO!?!?! My credit card is not going to appreciate that one
 
Is the moabolo a standard moab with the straight edge ground out to create a recurve, or is it a totally new profile with extra forward belly mass?

The MOAB was 13" blade, the MOABLO is 11". To me it is a cross of MOAB (thickness) and NMFBM (blade length).

That's why I asked for profile pics of the blades. The last Ganzaa had a recurved 911 that looked like it had a deeper belly on the front end because of the camera angle, but it was a standard 911 with the straight edge ground away to create the recurve shape. Hopefully Pokey will post up some pictures for us tomorrow or Tuesday before the Ganzaaa to clarify some questions.:thumbup:

These pics look even more so than normal. That Butaniku's blade is only twice the handle length, but it looks much longer by comparison. Really hard to tell anything about the handle texture, if any, on that one also. Makes me wonder about the blade width on the B8--likely wider than it looks in the photo.

The angle at which the pics are taken can fool the eye as for the blade proportions.

You always have to allow for that with Busse's photos--always taken from the blade end perspective. It's just that these appear to have an even more extreme angle than usual.
 
UUUGH I have to stop looking at these! The more I look the closer I get to adding to my list....

Would someone please score me. Swatmandu and a Hack? I won't be available during the ganza! Those of you who have delt with me know I'm good for the cash! I never back out of deals and always pay on time or earlier! Thanks in advance!
 
I think I've lurked sufficiently long enough since joining ;)

I'm going to have to give this ganza a go and see if I can snag one of these beautiful knives. I'd love to give a Swatmandu a new home...

Hmmmmm. Holding the picture on the iPad of the SWATmandu next to the normal rmd and the ffg custom shop rmd, I'm not sure if I can justify getting it. Really the only thing would be the talon hole so it could match the nmfbm. Got some thinking to do.
 
Got some proxy's lined up ...but looking for swatmandu and Hack! Please help a brother out guys ! As I will miss the Ganza so I need some help here...and thanks to yall who have already offered to proxy for me I really appriciate it!

Thanks for the welcome 360 & Will. I should pace myself, as I'm not due for another post until 2022. But the longer I look at the ganza list, the more I think, wouldn't that Swatmandu be less lonely with a matching handle NMFSH?
