Current AG 110 Sheath?

Yep,Tracks so many places to explore.Where else are you gonna be out ridding you're horse and have a sheriff stop and say how come you're not carrying a pistol on you're belt!Of the 110s I own that rosewood is the one that has a place on my belt, honestly it's a great knife.Be sure and let us know what you think of it:D

The other cool thing I notice about this area is how many guys carry fixed blades. I've been running into a lot of guys with fixed blades on their belt even on a college campus. Lots of Aggie kids around here.

I'm hoping for the AG stamp but either one works for me. I also have a tan sheath and nylon sheath coming from buck so I'll have some options.

I hope you do get the AG stamp. I have one of the older ones with it and it is by far the best-looking 110 sheath I have.

I wonder why they would change it?????? I suppose a sheath contract ran out and they went with a low bid on a new contract. Business concerns cause strange changes that we often don't like.

Funny thing is......I'm not real fond of the AG Logo on the blade, but it looks GREAT on the sheath to me.

No accounting for taste, I guess.

Wish you luck.

I'm the same way. I'd prefer they leave it off the blade but from the pictures I've seen it looks really cool on the sheath.

I like mine with it on the blade, and the sheath. I think that with it on the blade it just gives it a little more class. HL

Tracks the sheath with mine is a dark brown, and has Buck stamped 3x around the silver snap plus a silver rivet on each side where the stitching ends.It has a Big AG emblem stamped into the flap just above the snap. It's heavy duty;)

To be honest now that I ordered one it's growing on me a bit and I'm sure I'm gonna love it. I think it's a nice logo I just like plain blades. How has the logo and blackwidow coating held up on yours?

Very Nice. Hope I get the same one

Tracks I just use mine for minor cutting, nothing serious. Can not do any more hunting so they will never see that side of a life. First had them over in Hawaii, and carried them for work some, sure did get some strange looks there. HaHa told them it was a Texas thing. There where some over there that did not know what to think of me. So needless to say they still look like new. HL

Tracls I think you'll get one just like Sky's . You must be seeing them around Las Cruces . As I've seen them there as well . DM

Tracks see what we mean, its addicting.:D:D:eek: To the best of my knowledge there is no known cure, you can only apease it by buying more Bucks.:D:D;) HL

About the sheath I hope so and yeah if you are referring to fix blade carriers I see them around Las Cruces a lot and also Silver City, and even up in the northern part of the state I travel a lot around New Mexico.

Yeah I'm addicted for sure! I need to put myself on a budget before I get in trouble. LOL

Well I tried to find out today while at Cabelas, asked the clerk behind the counter, and he could not tell me. Let me dig through a box filled with sheaths from the display knives, but could not find one that I could say with any certainty that it went with the AG 110. I even pulled mine off my belt and held it up so he could see it, and still no true answer. He did say that mine was a different knife from the Rose wood version that they had, because it was a different color. Told him it is just a different shade color of wood. I remember at one time Cabelas displayed the knives with the sheath, and not that long ago. He did say that some of the employes just threw the box and sheath away when it was put in the display case. Makes you wonder at times! So sorry guys no true answer at this time. HL

Dog Gone, throwing away the box and sheath of a limited edition Buck  They should be ex employees:confused:

This has been my experience also on several occassions with their employees. Can't really blame them I guess... Last time I was there they had one guy working three different areas and wasnt even their "knife guy"
I think he came over from camping and couldnt even find the box or sheath for the kinfe... No discount for just knife either... I passed :D

Two months ago when i was there they had Burgandy sheaths, stamped with the AG logo. I didnt see any tan ones. Every rosewood AG knife I have had came with a burgandy sheath, but that was years back also. I am looking forward to what sheath actually arrives!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Postfallsidaho please let us know. I know if I decide to get one more I still have the proper sheath for it. Lets see two AG 110's, three AG 110 sheaths, sounds about right. One spare for when I wear one out, or decide to pick up one more AG 110.:D:D HL

Here's a few pics of AG 110 sheaths. The darker, burgandy colored sheath came with the standard Rosewood model and the lighter brown distressed sheath came with the stag and Ironwood 110's.

Thanks a lot for trying! I'm thinking (hoping) that it will be like skyhorses. Oh and I guess I need to start rummaging through Cabela's dumpsters!!

Thanks a lot for the pics fellas! Very nice looking sheaths! If I'm lucky enough to get one of those it's gonna be tough for me to use it. Do you guys use yours regularly?
