If I could carry an Emerson Persian in slacks and khakis I would but some knives are meant for jeans. You're approaching this all wrong... Buy your pants to fit your knife: not the other way around!
That was fast, my kind of patienceRemember what I said about patience![]()
I'm sure it will haunt you to the grave.Understood, I wish like hell he would have answered why his OP in the other thread was copy and pasted from a 2020 amazon review! Damn!
Which is more important to you?If I could carry an Emerson Persian in slacks and khakis I would but some knives are meant for jeans.
In a few minutes we'll all wake up and realize we're not in Kansas anymore.
I'm always happy I don't wake up in Kansas anymore. Yaaaaaaaaawn.
Although I really want to go back to the Cosmosphere in Hutchinson again. They've got V-1 and V-2 missiles, an SR-71, one of the Sputnik backups, a couple Soviet space capsules, and a few American space capsules, including Apollo 13 (yes, the real deal). There's a couple other air and space museums in Kansas too. But that's about it unless you're desperately interested in corn, wheat, soy beans, salt, and cows.
Both.
Check these out! Stylish. A place for a hammer too, in case I ever need it.

One of these knife companies needs to start a clothing line meant for knife enthusiasts. I envision pocket seams lined with different colorful materials, sort of like EDC hankies. Think 5.11 but more casual looking and reinforced seams.Hey now! Wrangler makes a 5-pocket denim Riggs jean, and they are serious comfort, especially if your parents had to shop off the "husky" rack when you were a kid. The extra leather is kinda tough on pocket clips, but the watch pocket is big enough for most 3" blade folders to fit into.

How about fanny packs that roll down the front with knife sleeves in them, hoodies with hidden compartments under the arms for fixed blades, and boots like the ones from the movie “Road House”? The sky is the limit!Vertically segmented pockets so that you can carry five or six knives, each clipped in it's own little pocket. Worth as much as spitting into a fire if you want to carry anything else, but so what?
Not just pants, either. There's that iconic screen grab of Danny Trejo and his vest. Straps, buckles, baldrics all over the place. You could coordinate your entire wardrobe around carrying your knife collection.

The hell with virtues. I'm gonna pour a nice Glencairn glass of Henry McKenna when I get back with the dog in a few minutes.Remember what I said about patience![]()

(I know I'm behind...though I had some wine with dinner.)
Wrangler Riggs...
How about the portside front pocket?
