Hello Blade Forums
, looking to trade a couple knives. Best contact is email- robcelani at hotmail dot com. Also cool with Bladeforums conversations.
I have 2 Custom Knife Factory blades from my collection. Both are amazing knives and would make great additions to any collection or amazing users. I've enjoyed owning them but neither is going to see any use from me and I've decided not to pursue collecting CKF pieces.
I've fallen behind on taking pictures as my collection has grown so I borrowed these pictures from the previous owner. I think they show the condition of both knives accurately and I'll describe them below as well.
Please keep offers to knives that are on my list. I also need an idea of the value you place on your knife, the condition and as much pertinent information as necessary for me to make an informed decision. Take a look at my listing. It took me some time to type it out, take the pictures (better pictures soon I promise!) and research my knives. Please spend a few minutes doing the same when you respond with information about your knife.
Regarding my trade want list, it is fairly limited right now. I'm always looking for Vero Beach era Microtech's especially Amphibian, Halo and other OTF models. I'm not interested in newer production Microtech's at all. If I can buy it myself I don't need to trade for it. I like Dalton OTF's and larger side openers. I might be interested in other Daltons so feel free to contact me.
I'm interested in Zero Tolerance limited editions such as 0777, 0454 and dealer exclusives such as variations of the 0452. Not interested in the stuff available from dealers as normal stock. I can buy that myself if I want it.
I've also started getting into traditional style knives and have focused on Northwoods from Knives Ship Free and the Northwoods Scagel reproductions. I really like the Bear Lake, Forest Jack and Fremont Jack models. I might be interested in other Northwoods models as well but like I said traditional knives are new to me so I'm trying to stay focused on what I know I like for now.
SOLD - CKF Sablya- New with case and card - SOLD
- Smooth flipping action, I see no condition issues
- Feels amazing when I flip it, comparable to the best production and custom pieces I've handled
- Great blade centering when closed and lockup when open
