Custom Scandi w/Sheath - without the wait?

I'd wait on the Koster until he comes out with the 'Bushmaster model' that he's doing (assuming he's going to also make it in scandi, if that's a requirement). The newer model is the same basic proprtions as the bushcraft, but it's a hefty chunk bigger. The original is just too small for long hard use IMO (though hand size will obviously have a lot to do with this).

I've gotten the impression that this is going to be full flat, not scandi. He said IIFRC "anything over 5/32 is too thick for a scandi".

Hmmmm. Last week I just ordered the same Scandi that mtnfolk mike did from Scott Tanguay and chose the 3/16th's inch blade thickness. Guess we'll see what it is like when it comes.

Man a lot of y'all guys like them thick blades. I mean I wouldn't want 1/16" but 1/8 or 3/32 is fine with me.

I love 'em all ;) Give me a thick blade and I will couple it with a thin blade as well .. Don't want my blades to get lonely :p
