these are really nice collection pieces. they only make about 20 a year. some come in a box set that includes a flash light that has a starlingear design on it. i believe they go for about $300 less than what the are selling for on the internet whcih is usually anywhere from $1300-$2200. if your lucky enough to get one at the shot show or blade show not sure if both will have them. i personally am going to save up for one of these and try to get one from the blade show and shot show one of these years.

The carbide edge makes this ok, you can make the blade out of wood for all I care (a desert ironwood blade wouldn't be half bad).

Some of the decorations look good, others are really, interesting.

well, I just saw this. I have a question: if that is a custom why I don't see Mick or Dwayne signature? I have also never seen that weird "S" on a blade ??????

It's the same symbol that's all over the sheath. At first I thought it was a "bling" type decoration (yuck), but then I saw that it's not a dollar sign. My best bet is that it stands for "Strider Gear" since it's an "S" in the middle of a gear.
